This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations for Phorthon's 3D modeling and design courses. We strive to provide high-quality education and want our students to be completely satisfied with their experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds under certain conditions as outlined below.
Course Refund Policy
14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee for all our courses. If you are not satisfied with your course purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the course start date, provided that you have not completed more than 25% of the course content.
To request a refund under our satisfaction guarantee, please contact us at info@phorthon.world with your order number and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
Partial Refunds
If you request a refund after the 14-day satisfaction guarantee period but before completing 50% of the course content, you may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion. The amount of the partial refund will be calculated based on the amount of course content you have accessed.
We do not offer refunds for courses where more than 50% of the content has been accessed or after 30 days from the course start date, whichever comes first.
Special Circumstances
We understand that unexpected events may occur. In cases of serious illness, family emergency, or other extenuating circumstances that prevent you from continuing a course, please contact us at info@phorthon.world to discuss your options. We will review these cases on an individual basis.
Documentation may be required to support claims of special circumstances.
Course Cancellation and Transfer Policy
Course transfers are subject to availability. If the course you wish to transfer to has a higher fee, you will be required to pay the difference. If the course has a lower fee, we will refund the difference, minus any applicable transfer fee.
Refund Process and Timeframe
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Course Materials and Resources
If you receive a refund, your access to the course materials and resources will be revoked. If you have downloaded any course materials, you agree to delete them from your devices and not use them after receiving a refund.

Please check back periodically to review any changes. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Return Policy.
